Most of our PhD students are members of one of the various PhD programs in the framework of the “Life Science Zurich Graduate School”.

For each PhD student, a thesis committee serves as a scientific advisory board throughout the PhD work.
The Vebis alumni commission has established a list of external, as well as international PhD programs to provide some key information for ETH Master students who wish to perform their thesis outside Zurich (download here). The list includes important information such as the URLs, the program subjects, and if available the application deadline(s) and the interview dates. This list is not complete (but might grow with time with your help), and the presence or absence of a PhD program does not imply any quality judgment.
If you feel that this list is useful, please help to extend it. Send the necessary information to Vebis, and "your" program can be added to the list.
